my work revolves around the Trademark and Copy right, actively involves in Trademark Search, journal search, drafting examination reply, counter statements, etc. Research on various topics and preparing case briefs in relation to Trademark laws, identify any possible infringement to clients trademark in order to protect their IP rights and renewal of marks.my previous experience also includes my assistance in civil cases including drafting , legal research, preparing documents and other technicalities of the proceedings. I am advocate based in Hyderabad, India.
