About Me

I have been practicing as an advocate at the High Court of Uttarakhand since last 2 years. I am adept at legal drafting and research including legal notices, contracts, writ petitions, applications including those under section 528 BNSS. I am been representing clients' interest at various courts, forums and tribunals including High court of Uttarakhand, District court, consumer forum and Debt recovery tribunal. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have experience in handling client issues and advising them in legal remedies including mediation and negotiation.
