I have substantial experience as an Independent Consultant and house Legal Counsel in the IT industry and have worked with a variety of MNC's in India and overseas . My experience includes drafting , reviewing and negotiating complex Cloud computing contracts , technology contracts, Software licensing and product agreements , NDA's, Data Protection Agreements, MSA's ,SLA's, Reseller, Customer contracts etc., I have also advised on data privacy laws and conducted research on various corporate law related matters including intellectual property, regulations related to Digital laws and data privacy laws in India and overseas.
