At Nayku, we don’t limit Yoga as just a fitness regime, but rather treat it as a wholesome mind-body workout, which is effective and achievable. That’s why we follow the Ashtanga form of Yoga, as it’s a strenuous workout, but also focuses on breathing, poses and mediation.
