Born and raised in the enchanting landscapes of Uttarakhand, in the serene town of Kashipur, I embarked on a journey that blended my academic prowess with my deepest passions. Following my 12th standard, my professional path initially led me as an advocate post my completion of B.Com and LLB degrees. It was a turning point in my life when I heeded the call of my true aspirations, paving the way for a remarkable transformation. Venturing into the realms of my passion, I pursued a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Yoga and Ayurveda at the prestigious University of Patanjali, delving into the ancient wisdom and healing practices that resonate deeply with me. Eager to expand my expertise and refine my craft, I further honed my skills through an Alternative Yoga Therapy course at Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence in teaching, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course at Arohan Yoga School in Rishikesh, enhancing my methodologies and enriching my instructional abilities. These diverse experiences have not only enriched my knowledge but have also imbued me with a profound dedication to promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness in all aspects of life.
